Terms of Service

By accessing or using Remarq ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Remarq is operated by Studio Animato s. r. o. ("Company", "we", "us").

Remarq is a visual feedback and QA platform that enables web agencies and their clients to collaborate on website projects. The Service includes an embeddable widget for collecting feedback, a dashboard for managing issues, and tools for client review and approval.

To use Remarq, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or systems
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the platform in an automated manner without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate QA and feedback workflows

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create within Remarq (issues, comments, screenshots, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to provide the Service.

The Remarq platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Remarq offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits availability, with advance notice where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.
