Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and other information you provide during sign-up (including data from Google or GitHub OAuth if used).

Project and usage data: We store projects, issues, comments, screenshots, and other content you create within the platform.

Technical data: We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, device information, and usage logs for security and performance purposes.

Uploaded files: Screenshots, screen recordings, and other files you upload as part of issue reports.

• Clerk — authentication and user management
• Google / OpenAI — AI-powered issue description (content processed but not stored by these providers beyond request processing)
• Resend — transactional email delivery

All providers are contractually required to protect your data and may only use it to provide services to us.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business interests (e.g., billing records).

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Remarq uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
